Delivery Method
Small packages are dispatched by post (UK only), all other orders are by Courier.

A signature is required for all courier orders. UK orders can be delivered to your home or business address, all other orders are delivered to business addresses only.

Dispatch Timescales
Orders placed on a weekday before 15:30 will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 15:30 may still get sent same day or may not get sent until the next day depending on how busy we are.

Orders placed at the weekend will normally be dispatched on Monday. There may be slight delays if an item is out of stock, but we will notify you by e-mail if the delay is more than a couple of days. All items are held in stock as standard, but we run out occasionally if there is unexpectedly high demand.

All 'Next Day' packages must to be signed for, if you aren't likely to be home then we can have the package delivered to your work address (you can specify the different delivery address during the checkout).

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You can pay by Credit/Debit Card. For the fastest service you can enter your credit/debit card details online using secure servers during checkout, or alternatively you can mail/fax/phone your credit card details to us after you have completed the checkout process. The checkout process will provide you with full instructions as you go along.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Returns Policy
UK Consumers may return any unused and unopened items within 7 days if you realise you have purchased the wrong item or even if you just change your mind. You must request a returns number before returning any items. Orders for business or non-UK customers are non-returnable, although we may allow returns at our discretion. Faulty items will be replaced.

Credit Card Security
If you have chosen to pay online then at the payment stage of the checkout process you will be connected to the Secure Payment Servers at PROTX, the largest independent payment gateway in the UK. For maximum security your card details are entered and processed directly on the Secure Protx servers. We do not see your card details and at no time are they stored on our systems.

Privacy Policy
Tao Technologies Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than for the purposes of order fulfillment (eg. we have to tell the courier company your address!). In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option. They are also used after you have logged on (if you have an account with us) as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
